Senior Devops Engineer

Role purpose:Providing E2E Cloud infrastructure implementation , integrations & continuous support delivering production-ready stable solution. As a Cloud DevOps platform engineer, you will work collaboratively alongside software engineers, data science, security and application teams with DevOps mind-set to build, configure, transition and maintain cloud Infrastructure serving BigData and Analytics solutions. Also being responsible for leading the DevOps transformation, implementing full CI/CD journey achieving major milestones for the customers and the organization.Core competencies, knowledge and experience:Full responsibility of the E2E infrastructure on Cloud (AWS, GCP), i.e: new implementation, integrations & solving incidents.System integration with other cloud and On-prem solutions.Monitoring implementationsMaintaining the production delivered solution(s).Introducing & Leading DevOps practices to the program.Full responsibility of migration and upgrading to new releases.Service management (Patching, updates, PCS security rules, ..... etc)Linux & Windows administrationPrioritizing and managing several open cases at one time based on agreed Service Levels.Ensure that all incidents are solved within the agreed SLAUpdate the technical documentation and the team knowledge baseMaintaining the availability of the applications and their hosted servers (on both Linux and Windows platforms)Troubleshooting and fixing database related issues.Performing all possible technical troubleshooting steps to solve the incidents and service requestsUtilizing the existing team applications and tools (knowledge base, Documentation database, Handbook)Must have technical / professional qualifications:Strong Networking Knowledge & experience required (preferably knowing Vodafone network and firewall processes)AWS knowledge is a mustAWS CloudOpsGCP is a plusServerlessDevOps CI/CDLinux & Windows basic administrationMonitoring knowledge (CloudWatch, Stackdriver, Datadog, ...etc)Technical knowledge in IT infrastructure technologies (DNS, Proxy) and connectivity techniquesMicro services architectureTerraformKubernetes is a plusKafkaPostgres, Dynamo DB, CassandraPython is preferableRedshift is a PlusAnalytics knowledge is a plusAgile & scrum basic knowledgeRemedy background is a plus#_VOIS #WeMoveTheWorld #MoveWithUs
