Job Summary
As a Senior Financial Service Consultant, you will oversee finance and accounting services including preparation of financial statements, financial modeling, monthly financial performance report, financial advisory services regarding their financial administration needs. services. You will act as an expert advisor to clients, prepare financial statements, and oversee our budgeting and forecasting. We’ll rely on you to provide advice to support our company’s decision-making.

Job Description

You should be reliable, and be able to communicate effectively with senior management and various departments. We also want you to be detail-oriented and possess sharp business acumen.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Gather and analyse financial data that will enable sound decisions

? Demonstrate outstanding delivery of service to clients beyond their expectations

? Lead and manage clients projects from start to finish

? Consolidate and analyse financial statements and results

? Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures

? Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

? Manage periodical reporting

? Oversee external and internal audits

? Analyse finances to determine risks and create forecasts

? Advise management and clients on how to craft effective business plans and resolve cost-related issues

OUR ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

? A minimum of 7 years of cognate experience

? 3-4 years experience in a supervisory or management function

? Excellent knowledge of the Nigeria accounting regulations and practices

? In-depth experience in risk analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

? Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and a few l finance software

? An analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

? Excellent communication skills

? Excellent Multi-tasker

? Project Management skills

? A keen eye for detail

? Organisational and leadership skills

? BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional certification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is a plus
