Job Description
Responsibilities

As Showroom Manager, you will:

Work with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell our Prestigious entrance doors,
Develop and maintain marketing plan for the showroom
Maintain and develop a productive team by hiring, training and
providing professional development
Budget process activities, review and manage expenses
Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, while handling complaints timely and accurately
Maintain and develop relationships with the global headquarters.
Address and resolve customer complaints
Uses selling techniques such as actively listening, asking open-ended questions, suggestive selling and follow up, to build customer
loyalty and capture sale

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years Prior Retail Sales and Management
experience is strongly preferred
A University Degree is recommended
Ability to work across department lines, manage time and
people
Enable to initiate and embrace change, coaching skills and
desire to train others
The ability to deal with a vast array of customers with
varying levels of product knowledge
Understand the basics of design and interior decorating
