Site Manager (Interior)

Responsibilities:Track project costs in order to meet budgetPerform risk management analysis to reduce project risksDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work planProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressManage contracts with vendors and artisans by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverablesUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executionMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvementRequiredSkills/ Education:Bachelor's degree/HND in building, Civil engineering, Architecture or any other related fieldExperience seeing projects through the full life cycle3 - 5 years of relevant experience working in an interior design firmStrong interpersonal skills and analytical skillsProven ability to solve problems creativelyProject Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an added advantageStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
