Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:Manage, develop and optimize the hospital existing social mediaplatform strategies, including establishing new presence on emerging platforms.Monitor and pro-actively increase social traffic, growth andengagement performance across all brands.Create and review organic social and video content, as well as social campaigns, ensuring traffic andgrowth targets are met.Implement and manage paid social campaigns across multipleplatforms when necessary.Proactively identify and make recommendations on poor performingcontent and social channel engagement.Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timelymanner and monitor customer reviews.Be actively engaged with all post relating with the hospital onall our social media handles.Requirements:Minimum academic qualification of OND2 years of working experience
