Staff Nurse Trainee

Requirements: The Staff Nurse must have completed the basic nursing training and also must have met any other local, national, or international requirements. Below are some of these requirements:
- Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registered
- NVQ level 2 or higher
- RGN/RMN qualified
- Bachelors, Masters or Post-graduate qualification
The person must have at least two of the renowned qualifications listed above.Responsibilities:Managing patient care and recovery remains the major role of a Staff Nurse.
The Nurse must be ready to help people who have suffered injuries, from accidents or illnesses and might be the first health care professional that will attend to patients who come around. The Nurses must eagerly assess patients conditions, take patients vitals and report back to doctors, so they can assess you more thoroughly.
The Nurse must be highly articulate and hence must be physically, emotionally and mentally strong to handle the daily rigours with the following outstanding features:
- Overseeing patient care
- Checking vitals
- Administering medication
- Reviewing and evaluating patient progress
- Attending meetings
- Implementing patient care programmes
- Working in community outreach programmes
