Strength And Conditioning Coach

Midland University, a private NAIA liberal arts university in Fremont, Nebraska (just outside of metro Omaha), is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Job responsibilities include:
Organize, develop, implement and teach off-season and in-season training programs
Provide proper instruction, supervision and motivation to all student-athletes.
Collaborate with head coaches to incorporate desired and specific goals into overall strength & conditioning plan.
Provide testing, training and progress reports to coaches and supervisor (as required).
Assist with daily maintenance and upkeep of strength training facilities.
Work closely with the athletic training staff to help improve injury prevention and facilitate rehabilitation.
Recruit and retain students.
Teaching
Ensuring team compliance with all league, conference, and institutional rules and regulations

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
Minimum of one year strength and conditioning experience
Availability to work flexible schedule including some nights and weekends, as well as to travel with sport teams for away contests
Thorough knowledge of relevant NAIA rules and regulations
Proficient computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets
Must have NSCA, CSC or CSCCA certification
