Supervisor

Responsibilities:Over sees and schedule manpower based on production plan of each machine.Check hourly production report from line supervisor and update reporting line.Enforce displinary and safety measures and maintains departmental housekeeping.Generate production report at the end of each shift.Train new employees on job trainingOver sees administrative within departments such as –leave approvals, manpower requisition.Distributing and maintaining records of working tools and PPE kits.Notify maintenance of machine break down or malfunctions.Requirements:Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in commerce / ArtsWork experience of at least 3 yearsExperience in production Supervisor lavel in injection molding plastic companyWorking Knowledge of supervisor Activities, good with maths Location:Mowe
