This is a positive relationship between the teacher and the student in efforts to gain trust and respect from each other.This relationship may consist of getting toknow your students better, providing choice and encouraging the students tobecome stronger learners everyday.Responsibilities:Collaboratewith the classroom teacher in planning and implementing lessonsSupportstudents during classroom activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environmentAssistin the preparation and organization of teaching materials and resourcesMonitorand provide feedback on student progress and behaviorSupervisestudents during lunchtime, recess, outdoor activities and field tripsProvideone-on-one or small group assistance to students who require additional supportAssistin the assessment and grading process, including the collection and recordingof student dataCollaboratewith classroom teacher to develop and implement innovative teaching strategiesCommunicateregularly and effectively with students' parents or guardians regarding theiracademic progress and developmentParticipatein staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school eventAssistin Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records and gradesRequirements:Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skillsProficientin using educational technology and softwareKnowledgeof different teaching strategies and methodologiesPatience,empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students of diverse backgroundsand learning needsStrongorganizational and time management skillsProficiencyin English (additional language proficiency is a plus)Goodunderstanding of cultural differences and willingness to navigate and embracediversityFlexibilityto work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentDedicationto professional growth and continuous learningStrongknowledge of the relevant curriculum and teaching methods.Abilityto multitask and prioritize effectivelyFlexibilityto adapt to changing needs and priorities.Abiltyto meet deadlines, assign tasks, and meet established goals and objectives.Goodgeneral health, clean in attire and professional in appearance.Abilityto be punctual and maintain regular attendance.Qualification & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Education or a relatedfieldValid International Teaching CertificationProven 5 - 10years experience as TeachingAssistant in an international school or working with diverse studentpopulations
