provider of real estate services with over 35 years of experience providing property agency, property
management and valuation services to individuals and organizations. Diya Fatimilehin & Co is seeking to
recruit a Technical Assistant to anchor media activities and provide administrative and technical support
to the IT department. Ideal candidates must be interested and have experience in photography, graphic
design and IT.
Duties and responsibilities
Set up and operate photographic equipment such as digital camera, tripod, flash, etc.
Work closely with clients and colleagues to produce high-quality images and videos
Prepare media files for editing, storage, and electronic transmission
Use different techniques and softwares to enhance media files as required
Review sets of media files and select the best results.
Recommend creative ideas to achieve media goals and objectives
Perform maintenance tasks necessary to keep equipment working properly.
Assist in database design, development and management
Produce periodic activity and performance reports
Skills and Competencies
Demonstrable interest in photography, graphic design and/or IT
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Keen interest and proven experience in photography, graphic design and IT
Ability to use different types of photographic hardware and photography software
Excellent people skills
knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if
required
Education
A bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years relevant working experience.
