Job Description
The duties of the training officer shall include:
Sourcing for the right calibre of cadets to train
Development of training manual for security operations
Training of cadets who meet the McDon standard
Evaluation of the candidates after training
Documentation of the successfully evaluated candidates
Deployment of the selected and documented candidates
Ensuring that only trained and documented cadets are deployed
