We are looking for a designer with extensive experience working on complex enterprise web applications to review a new user interface we are looking to launch and apply their UX / UI expertise to advise areas of improvement.

Job Description
We have a set of web-based products and need to review and improve UI and UX(keeping in mind Accessibility as the main point).
This could be an ongoing position since we will need continuous enhancements.

Requirements:
* Understand/Experience with accessibility/readability (for elderly people, W3C, etc.);
* Usability expertise in designing complex tools and workflows
* Knowledge of gamification techniques
* Ability to understand and align with the voice of the brand
* InVision or similar design collaboration tools
* Strong track record of designing beautiful and SIMPLE usable web applications
* Expertise in both mobile and desktop UI/UX
