Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:Develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential clients.Reach out to potential clients through email, phone calls, and in-person meetings to introduce RIVNL and its services/products.Customize outreach messages to align with the needs and interests of each prospect.Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners.Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective lead progression.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.Work in tandem with the sales team to transition qualified leads and facilitate the sales process.Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.Timely Update of customers database and KYCConduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in field work marketing or a related field is a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.The ability to speak the local dialect is a must.Remuneration: NGN 80,000 plus bonusHMO after probationLocation:Lagos State (Lagos Island)Applicant must stay around Lagos Island environs.
