Requirements:Qualifications Experience: Business, 2 years (Preferred) Marketing, 2 years (Preferred)
B.Sc / HND in any field
Higher National Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or equivalent.
Additional courses in Business Management or Administration is Required
Extensive experience in a farming-related field.Responsibilities:The Business Development Manager will manage the team and achieve Business Development targets by identifying areas for business opportunities, securing profitable contracts as well as managing valuable business relationships in his/her assigned sector.

· Identifying business opportunities with potential and existing clients.

· Identifying bid opportunities and responding to RFPs/RFQs from clients.

· Managing IOCs and NOCs online portal for bidding & contracting.

· Sourcing for new and managing relationships with OEMs/Channel Partners

· Sourcing for products/items Supply Company can leverage on.

· Ensuring up to date company's registration with relevant regulatory bodies.

· Ensuring all company licenses/permits and certificates are valid and up-to-date.

· Managing vendor registrations with potential and existing clients.

· Keeping up with industry trends and new practices.

· Promoting the company's profile within the industry.

· Managing and maintaining relationship with existing and potential clients.

· Identifying and attending relevant conferences, exhibitions and networking forums.

· Increasing client base by developing growth strategies and plans for the company.

· Researching and targeting new business contacts, following up with them and close the deals.

· Preparing business proposals, presentations and negotiating with stakeholders.

· Cross-sell and up-sell the company's services

· Work with the internal team to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue for the company.
