Responsibilities:Ensure that company goals are met in a timely fashion by efficiently and effectively managing personnel and resources.Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.Develops and monitors strategies for ensuring the long-term financial viability of the organization.Participate in the development of the corporation's plans and programs as a strategic partner.Create and maintain relationship with industry influencers and key strategic partners.Oversee short and long-term sales and marketing development programs for the company.Oversee and recommend product positioning and pricing strategy to achieve the highest possible long-term market share.Monitor competitors' products, sales and marketing activities.Oversee the preparation of sales & marketing activity reports, for presentation to the board of directors.Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals.Oversee market channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.Review and analysis of sales performances against programs and forecast to determine effectivenessRequirements:University degree, MBA in the field of business administration will be an added advantage.Substantial management experience with expertise in cocoa production and marketing economics.Commercially astute with excellent budgetary, forecasting, cash-flow management and future planning skills.Experience with management of growth and investment programmes.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
