Chef

Responsibilities:Plan menus and ensure the high-quality standard of meals, Inspect supplies,equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality following healthand Safety guidelines. Train, and supervise cooks and other food preparationworkers.The Chef provide nutritious, balanced andvalue-for-money meals to children every day in term time. What's involved.Requirements:Strong understanding of foodsafety and sanitation regulations and procedures.Ability to work well underpressure and meet tight deadlines.Exceptional organizationalskills and attention to detail.Effective communication andleadership skills.Flexible schedule, willing towork evenings and weekends as required.Excellent knowledge ofinternational cuisine, including cultural and regional specialties.Ability to multitask andprioritize effectivelyFlexibility to adapt tochanging needs and priorities.Ability to meet deadlines,assign tasks, and meet established goals and objectives.Customer service orientedGood general health, clean inattire and professional in appearance.Ability to be punctual andmaintain regular attendance.Qualifications & Experience:Must possess a valid food handler'scertificate or similar certification.Proven 5 - 10years experience working as a Chef, preferably in a similar setting.Remuneration: NGN200,000 -300,000 Depending on Experience.
