Answer all client questions and incoming calls
Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and takedown messages.
Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
Monitor, organize, forward emails and maintain records and files
Manage staff movement register, key register
Keep stock of all marketing and promotional items
Ensure a regular check on the company post office box to retrieve mails.
Full product knowledge for satisfactory prompt responses to inquiries and customers’ orders.
Communicate with customers through various channels.
Acknowledge and resolve customer’s complaints.
Process orders, forms, and requests.
Keep records of customer’s interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Work with Account Department, Warehouse, Production, Sales & Marketing to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Provide accurate, valid and complete information from the management by using the right methods/tools to the distributors or customers.
