Digital Business Manager

Our client is a Public Relations and Communications Agency. They are looking for an experienced Digital Business/ Community/ Hub /Growth Manager who is a self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional. The ideal candidate should be be experienced in social media/Digital marketing, PR and promotional events. Main duties include: Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams Oversees and manages all sort activities in the hub. Creates strategic plans to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) results; Sets quantifiable expectations that align with the company goals. Liaise with Development and Sales Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies Works with supporting departments and encourages cross functional support. Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts Respond to customers in a timely manner Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends Requirements Proven work experience as a Growth / Community / Hub / Digital manager or similar role Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field Experience planning and leading community initiatives Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent writing skills Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills Hands on experience with social media management Ability to interpret website traffic Knowledge of online marketing BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
