Food/Beverage Supervisor | Senior 5 Years Experience

Requirements:A Bachelors Degree in Catering or related field A certificate in food processing, safety or related specialisation
5 years in F&B and at least 2 years in management roles in the hospitality sector
Experience in an international branded hotel is an added advantage
Strong working knowledge of reservations software, Microsoft Office Suite and any robust PMS
Excellent food presentation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail and good organisational skills
Excellent food costing skillsResponsibilities:Develops, implements and evaluates the hotels marketing plan, general business plan, marketing and sales strategies to ensure optimum guest satisfaction, sales maximization and profitability.
- Monitors present and future trends, practices and systems in the food & beverage industry to ensure that the hotels food & beverage operations are competitive in the marketplace.
- Conducts weekly inspections of the food & beverage regions to ensure the property and FF&E are kept in the best condition and recommends preventive maintenance to the General Manager where needed.
- Participates in development of recognition programs for staff, advertising and promotional programs and campaigns to increase market awareness and penetration.Benefits:Salary
