Our client is a global logistics company. They currently have an opening for a HR Manager in Lagos. Responsibilities In line with the company's annual strategic planning and organizational preparation, understand the recruitment needs of various departments, draw up a reasonable recruitment plan; Timely meet the needs of business departments, through effective recruitment channels, evaluation methods to improve recruitment efficiency; Establishment of reserve talent selection scheme and talent reserve mechanism, performance appraisal system, improve and optimize the talent pool of enterprises; Complete the related work items arranged by the superior leader. Assist decision makers in formulating company development strategies, responsible for short-term and long-term human resources company decisions and strategies, and have an important impact on the achievement of the company's medium and long-term goals; Overall planning of human resources development and strategic management, the formulation of human resources planning programmes and supervision of the implementation of the plans; Establish and improve the human resources management system, to study and design the human resources management model (including recruitment, training, performance, compensation and staff development, etc.), and to formulate and improve the human resources management system; Provide human resources, organization and other recommendations to the decision-making level of the company and strive to improve the overall management level of the company, control the cost of human resources; Timely handling of major human resources issues in the company's management process, guide staff career planning; Responsible for the overall corporate culture of the company. Requirements Bachelor degree or above in human resources management or related field; Must have at least 5 years working experience as HR Manager; Must understand the modern enterprise human resources management model and practical experience accumulation, human resources management has a deeper understanding of each functional module; Familiar with relevant national policies, laws and regulations; Strong ability to plan and execute; Have affinity, strong motivation, communication, coordination, team leadership, responsibility, dedication; Have good interpersonal skills, organization and coordination skills, communication skills and ability to solve complex problems. Master all kinds of recruitment channels, have excellent talent recruitment and selection ability, good at identifying talent; Good team assistance ability, can cooperate with other modules of human resources, have a good sense of service.
