Job Description
Ensure that all dishes are cooked properly and served to customers in a pleasing way
Supervise all kitchen staff and make sure they are performing their functions
Train and manage new kitchen staff
Monitor inventory and advise on when supplies need to be ordered
Ensure equipment are used in the right manner and advise management when they need to be replaced
Create unique dishes that inspire guests to return
