Requirements:Job Requirements: · A Minimum of 1-year experience Managing front desk in a service environment, call center or service shop experience, evidence of capability to manage high feet traffic.
· Previous experience as an administrative officer.
· Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Professionalism, Customer Focus, and multi-tasking abilities.Responsibilities:Job responsibilities
· Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
· Maintaining a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answer hiing or referring inquiries.
· Re-directing calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
· Providing administrative support to the Admin Department
· Performing other related duties as required by the People Team
