Job Title: Pre-Sales Lead

Location:Lagos, Nigeria
Job Summary
This position leads and manages scoping, designing, maintaining, supporting, developing communication Systems, Microsoft, Compute, Backup/DR, and network solutions within an organization or between organizations.
Speaking with customers via email, phone, physical meetings for initial requirement capture
Strong knowledge of Compute, Backup/DR, System, and Microsoft Solutions.
Basic knowledge of Network, Wireless, Collaboration, and Security Solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, in-market field sellers, partner under your area of concertation.
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm
Builds relationships especially on C-level with customers and global partners that result in superior solutions and deeper loyalty and adoption of ITH’s solutions
Support sales team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit.
Establishing the customer environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards
