Responsibilities:Develop Project Plan and Timeline:Document project scope, objectives, deliverables, MVP and acceptance criteria.Develop a detailed project planoutlining tasks, milestones, dependencies, risk and timeline.Strategy and Product Ownership:Understand the business vision aptly and be able to develop clear vision, goals, timeline, product requirements, design and development.Document website and apprequirements, product design, components and workflow with clear objectives andgoals.Take ownership of the product lifecycle from concept to launch and post launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Document and create product features and design workflow based on business requirement, user feedback and technical feasibility.Concept and Design:Facilitate discussions to identify features, user stories, use cases, and system requirements.Capture requirements using techniques such as brainstorming, story mapping, and feature prioritization exercises and requirement elicitation.Validate and document detailed requirements in a Requirements Specification Document (RSD) or User Stories format in line with business goals and needs.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that deliver an intuitive and visually appealing experience.Evaluate key features, workflow and design concepts and ensure that design choices align with the overall product vision and user needs.Development OversightIterative Development and TestingLaunch and Go-to-Market StrategyAssess compatibility and integration requirements with third-party services and APIs.Manage product development of functional and non-functional requirements and be hands-on with extra page creation, workflows, 3rd integrations, marketplace app & website features interactions, data collations, multi channels, user flow & journey, pricing & management models, provider & suppliers models , Search query & response, Bots etc.Provide support and guidance on implementation and technical decisionsConduct code reviews to ensure quality with hands-on support as needed to drive development efforts forward.Manage technical constraints, risk and provide guidance on implementation, architecture, technology stack decisions, technical findings and recommendations.Oversee iterative development cycles, ensuring that features are delivered incrementally and tested rigorously.Manage change, testing, UAT, Pre-launch market testing and gather feedback from stakeholders and users to iterate on the product and improve its quality.Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, including pricing, promotion, and distribution plans.Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a successful product launch.Monitor key metrics to evaluate product performance and user satisfaction post-launch.Identify opportunities for optimisation and lead efforts to improve the product through updates and enhancements.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.Proven experience (3 years) as a Product Manager, preferably in web and app development.Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
