Product/Project Manager

Responsibilities:Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives and market trends.Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to iterate and improve product offerings.Prioritize product features and requirements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope and schedule.Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to achieve project objectives and milestones.Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate communication, and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business priorities.Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.Qualifications:Proven experience in both product management and project management roles, preferably in software development or technology-driven industries.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product and project plans.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Solid understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and project management best practices.Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello, and proficiency in project management frameworks such as Scrum.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
