Production & Quality Supervisor

Requirements:A paint production industry in Nigeria is urgently searching for Production & Quality Supervisor for its Abuja factory.

1. Graduate of Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry.
2. Understanding of pigments & chemicals for quality paint production.
3. Minimum of a year post NYSC experience in similar position & industry.
4. Knowledge of quality assurance & management.
5. Business development & marketing skills.
6. Resource management skills.
7. Resident in Abuja.
Responsibilities:1. Research local contents for production.
2. Organize production processes.
3. Ensure & enforce total quality management(TQM)/assurance.
4. Efficient & effective cost /budget control.
5. Minimize resource wastage (time, raw materials,manpower, etc)
6. Manage & meet production deadlines & deliveries.
7. Report & follow-up on machine maintenance.
8. Lead & Manage production team.
9. Any other duties as may be assigned by the management.
