Project Support Officer

Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee the execution of various projects within the organization.Provide support to project managers and teams in planning,scheduling, and resource management.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelinesand budgets.Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans,reports, and other relevant records.Identify and mitigate project risks, and escalate issues asnecessary.Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders,providing regular updates and addressing inquiries.Implement and maintain project management tools and systemsto support efficient project delivery.Requirements:Proven 3 years experience in facilities or operationsmanagement.Experience in client management especially in real estateand/or building engineering serviceDemonstrate knowledge of Vendor management and procurementProficiency in computer applications such as MS Office andfacility management software.Candidates must be living around Lekki (Island) axisMust be available to resume immediately.
