Sales Executive

Responsibilities:Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.Engage with clients to understand their needs and present appropriate product or service solutions.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable and sustainable agreements.Close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients.Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.Use market insights to adapt sales strategies.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and deals.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.Communicate effectively with internal teams for seamless service delivery.Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products or services.Address customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.Requirements:2 - 3 proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.Minimum of BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
