Senior Architect

Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completionCreate detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using 3Dmax, Lumion, and RevitCollaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative design solutionsCoordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project successEnsure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specificationsManage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectivelyMentor and guide junior architects and team membersStay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable design practicesRequirements:Master's degree in Architecture.Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural designStrong proficiency in 3Dmax, Lumion, and Revit softwareExcellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practicesProven track record of managing and delivering complex architectural projectsStrong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teamsAbility to create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizationsExperience in sustainable design and green building practices is a plusLocation:Work location is strictly in person in EnuguMust be available to attend the interview in person in EnuguIf you are a passionate and experienced Senior Architect ready to contribute to our team in Enugu, we would love to hear from you.
