Their role is to provide both administrative and technical support for business clients or the internal team. Technical Assistants work in a variety of fields including healthcare, computer science, manufacturing, and banking.Responsibilities:Provide technical assistance to engineers and technicians.

Assist technicians in handling routine customer issues.

Answer and respond to customer calls and messages.

Redirect customer calls to corresponding engineers and technicians.

Provide technical services to customers on time.
