Facility Officer

Responsibilities:Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team membersMonitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exteriorareas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots, and outdoor recreationspacesPerforming routine maintenance on facilitiesand making repairs as neededScheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outsidevendorsEnsuring proper security measures for the workplace, includingcollaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionalMaintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such asdelegating or completing maintenance orderCreating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and otheroccurrences for supervisors and other relevant staffPreparing facilities for changing weather conditionsCollaborating with building owners and upper management onbudgeting for facilities needsQualificationsAt least 2 years of relevant experienceProven experience in facility managementor a related field.Strong organizational and multitaskingskills.Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities.Knowledge of safety regulations andprotocols.Ability to work independently andcollaboratively within a team.Location:Lekki, Lagos, NigeriaRemuneration: NGN100,000 - 150,000 Gross
